Personality:

Like the weather he rules his personality and moods varies as greatly as weather itself. Most often he is a cheerful carefree soul creating cloud animals and sending different types of weather to where its most needed. If he wasn't so essential he would be the lazy soul, as it is the work he must preform is so great the majority of it is still left to mother nature while he just picks up the loose ends.
But with the white puffy clouds of good moods there is also the thunderheads of bad moods. Anger him and the force of weathers natural disasters is at his becking call. With the fury of a hurricane and the rage of a tornado he can prove a dangerous sort to ever dare push to far. Once set off it is difficult to calm him down, the best chance of it being done by his brother Sovereign.
